Hi, I’m Nate Ortiz.

Hi, I’m Nate Ortiz. I’m a certified hypnotherapist and trauma-informed practitioner who works with clients to create meaningful change at both the conscious and subconscious levels. My work integrates NLP-based hypnotherapy, trauma-informed coaching, and communication-focused strategies to help clients calm an overactive mind, shift long-standing patterns, and create lasting improvements in emotional well-being, habits, relationships, and personal performance.

Clients work with me for a wide range of concerns including stress and emotional overwhelm, sleep challenges, habit change, confidence, relationship patterns, life transitions, and the effects of past experiences that continue to impact the present. My approach is practical, personalized, and results-focused, helping clients access deeper internal resources and develop greater clarity, emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of control over their responses and choices.

I provide services both in person and nationwide through secure telehealth, making it easy for clients anywhere in the U.S. to get support.

My goal is to help you quiet the noise, strengthen your inner foundation, and move forward with greater confidence, calm, and direction.
