Hi, I’m Sarai Lajas.

I am a specialist in trauma recovery and relational repair coaching and am fluent in Spanish and English.

I am EMDR and Gottman Level 1 trained. I also hold advanced certification in the LIFE Languages™ & Couples Coaching™, and am Prepare & Enrich™ certified.

All coaching services, including EMDR, are available online and in Spanish as well. My greatest hope is that anyone reading this who is feeling overwhelmed, alone, and hopeless will be encouraged to reach out and explore what walking out your journey with some support could be like. Hi, I’m Nate Ortiz.

Nate Ortiz, Certified Life Languages™ Coach with expertise in communication coaching, team dynamics, family systems, workplace culture and sales communication. I work both online and in person to guide businesses, couples, individuals and parent-child relationships beyond speaking the same words to truly understanding one another. My years in corporate sales, door-to-door outreach, dealership leadership, BDC development and digital marketing management taught me that every victory and every challenge share the same root: effective communication. My greatest hope is to empower anyone who feels stuck or misunderstood to discover how speaking and listening with intention can transform relationships at work, at home and throughout their community.

Hi, I’m Dinah vaught.

Dinah Vaught earned her personal training certificate from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2024. She is currently pursuing further education and plans to obtain a nutrition certification in 2025.

Dinah Vaught is deeply passionate about fitness and maintaining a healthy lifestyle, which has been a vital part of her mental health journey. She believes that the body's response to physical activity significantly contributes to mental well-being.

An avid nature enthusiast, Dinah enjoys staying active and has personally experienced the positive impact of an active lifestyle on mental health. Her mission is to help clients reach their individual fitness goals while also nurturing their spiritual and mental well-being.
